This year Justin Bieber will be the recipient of the 2012 Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity Award. The award signifies the fact that Justin and his friend Taylor Swift, and their perfumes Someday and Wonderstruck, helped raise the celebrity fragrance business up %57 from previous years – wow!
